Kept waiting 30 minutes from 10:30 am to 11 am for my 10:30 am appointment. Had to ask for coffee from the receptionist for the long wait instead of being offered. Delian then rushed doing my wash and blowdry in 30 minutes and burnt my scalp with the superhot blowdrier and cried out in pain.
