They had no record of my booking at all when I arrived, even though someone from the salon had called yesterday with a flash sale offer. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common theme with this salon. The receptionist was not helpful or empathetic to the situation, but on the suggestion of someone else booked an appointment at another branch. She was more concerned with having to manually type out the reservation again than the situation at hand. V poor experience, would not recommend.
