I had a very pleasant experience from booking with Treatwell right through to my appointment date. There were sufficient and timely reminders. The staff in Gro were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I had an excellent consultation on the colour I wanted for a full head of highlights and as I ended up not going for the full head of highlights, my hairdresser kindly gave me a blowdry in exchange which I had not booked in. Overall a great experience, I would recommend it and would go back.

All very good. Appointment was a bit late as they were running over, but kept occupied with nice coffee. Hair cut by senior stylist was very good - clearly very skilled, got what I asked for but with added "style", at a decent price. Would recommend and visit again.

Really nice venue and everyone very friendly! Always a bit nerve-wracking going to a new hairdresser for highlights cos it can go so wrong but Madison knew what she was doing and what I wanted. Ace Treatwell Experience and I'd recommend it.

I was very impressed with how professional the staff were at Gro. The hairdresser who did my hair was absolutely lovely and really took his time to talk me through the options for balyage, what colours would work and asked about what I wanted.
Gro is perhaps a little more expensive than other places but it is definitely worth it - my hair looks fabulous.
