Excellent haircut and she was so friendly. Happy with the result. However, nightmare customer service. Rescheduled 3 times. One after I arrived having been told to be 15 mins late to then be told I had another 25 minute wait. Days later got another call to reschedule and when I asked if there were other options to the one she suggested she hung up. So so poor so will not book again.
