The salon in Clapham South is probably my favourite Gro. Calming environment, quieter than Sister shop in Clapham North Gro, probably because it's newly opened but this is a good thing! Staff polite, friendly and attentive.

The colour is great - I'm really happy with it. And the stylist Alex was very efficient. They did charge me an additional £7 on top of my Treatwell sum upon leaving as apparently I had a creative stylist... I would have liked to be informed about this in their previous communication with me and feel it was a little unfair.
