I have been pleased with my haircut although I did only go for a trim. I felt the salon was okay, there was not anything bad about it but I felt my hairdresser did not really make an effort for conversation nor was there any atmosphere. I would consider getting my haircut here again but would not be rushing back too quickly.

The balayage was amazing and the staff were so nice. The only issue I had was more so with the description on treatwell. I thought I was getting a cut and colour as it stated creative cut/creative colour but it wasn't until I arrived that they told me it wasn't included. They were super apologetic and it wasn't a fault on them but a cut would have been an additional £45 which I hadn't budgeted for unfortunately.
