Had a fantastic experience at this salon. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive . Orlando is a balyage expert , he completely understood what it was that I was looking for , which was for a gradual, subtle lift from dark brown to caramel colour. He is very passionate about what he does which made me feel very comfortable very quickly as I knew that I was in good hands! I paid the extra £15 for the toner which I can only recommend as my hair smells great and looks so healthy as a result. There was a good vibe at the salon amongst its staff and is really modern and clean. I look forward to needing my hair done again :)
