Had a lovely gloss treatment and a really good blow dry. Staff are friendly and the coffee was good too!
The only thing I'd suggest is to switch the heating on a bit! It was a bit chilly but other than that, everything was perfect. Will definitely come here again for the same treatment.

I was not very impressed initially as the salon called me on the day of my appointment to cancel as I hadn't had my skin test. Noone had tried to contact me to arrange this so having to reschedule my appointment was a big inconvenience.
While I am now reasonably happy with how my hair has turned out, I do think the service was very expensive when I only had my roots done. The salon was very shortstaffed as the staff repeatedly said, though they were lovely and chatty.
