Lalo certainly knew what he was doing. He gave my hair more volume and more shape to the face. He encouraged me to go a tad shorter around the front and I'm glad I did.

Lalo was lovely, I'm really happy with my haircut and he listened to what I wanted: he didn't excessively thin my hair like other hairdressers have done in the past, and he shaped my hair to allow it to grow out well.
