Didn't come out the colour I requested and charged an extra £15 on top of the treatwell price. I said I didn't want a toner but they did it anyway and charged.

Good haircut, the shape isn't quite what I asked for but it's fine. Quite expensive considering it was off peak and it was not a senior stylist. Slightly slack service (was late to start but apologetic) but friendly staff and satisfactory outcome.
