Salon was lovely and welcoming. Music varied between really good and pretty awful.
Mario was great, I presented him with a real problem and he talk through all the options and did a great job. I've already booked back in to see him in 6 weeks.

Very disappointing experience. Had the worst haircut of my life. I attempted to manage this with the salon in a professional manor but was disappointed in the response I received from the salon and Live True. The bad haircut was rectified, which I was thankful for, however the customer service I received throughout the process was poor. I'd like to think this was just a one off from the salon, but felt I needed to be honest in my Treatwell review
