Stylist turned up 50 mins late for a one hour appointment -this is the third time they have been late for me. Receptionist ended up washing and blow drying my hair. Stylist then arrived and did a very quick dry cut then left to get coffee. Really bad experience which is sad as booked it as a treat. Receptionist was fantastic and did everything she could do make up for it. Not fair on her!
