Very expensive for basic colouring. Gave specific picture of balayage and highlights wanted with colouring. It seemed the stylist on day and on the phone to confirm appointment were confused as to why I was told to select both balayage, ombre, tint and highlights (2 separate services) but the person who gave my consultancy told me if I wanted to replicate the picture, to have both.
On the actual day, I had a full tint and then a one colour balayage which came out ginger. The picture I had was light brown balayage and blond highlights. Paid for a blow dry and no hair protection was added on.
Overall disappointed with end look, although the stylist was super friendly and nice, cannot justify pricing for services received.
