Booked for a senior stylist, whom I was made to wait 20 mins for, only for my hair to be cut by someone else. Pretty average haircut, sideburns not blended in to my beard, all in all a pretty poor haircut even at an off-peak rate.

All aspects were fantastic, but I’ve had to take off a star as stylist did not ask my permission before painfully hacking away at my hair with thinning shears. (Past experiences have proved that this technique isn’t suitable for my hair type and actually makes it harder for me to style). No big deal as it’ll only take 2-3 years for me to grow this out!
