I purposely selected to have senior person for my hair appointment, thinking they would be professional and do a good job. Instead I had a snappy, rude guy who (after thinking I had left) made out to his colleague how painful he found the blow dry, rolled his eyes and acted out banging his head against the wall. Good job they have so many mirrors in the hairdressers! The colleague realised I had seen this and he went on to hide behind the door until I had left. I would never normally leave a negative review nor am I a high maintenance customer, but this appointment was especially bad.

So happy with my Brazilian blow dry - I normally have frizzy wavy unmanageable hair, but it's so sleek and smooth now! Silvia was brilliant - she also gave me the best fringe cut I've ever had (somehow these manage to go wrong everywhere else I've gone). Brilliant
