Terrible experience & poor customer service. To sum up they got my appointment time completely wrong and as if that wasn't bad enough, my hair colour was bright orange when washed which horrified me!
Despite pushing my appointment time back by 45 mins due to their error, they then kept me waiting 15 minutes when I arrived. The colour was awful and then my stylist took far too much off during the cut. She also went to the loo in the middle of washing my hair and had a cigarette before cutting it, so I could smell it on her which was not pleasant when someone is so close. My appointment time was so late that it affected my evening plans and I was unable to change outfits before going out to dinner that evening.
The salon did correct the colour at no charge the following day (although only after I insisted on it), but when I emailed the salon to complain about the appointment time error, the shoddy colour and the fact that I had to spend nearly 5 hours of my weekend time in the salon to correct their error - it took them 5 days and a second email from me before the "Operations Manager" bothered to reply with a very poorly worded response which didn't even mention the time inconvenience or the appointment error. He refused to refund anything whatsoever which shows that this company do not care at all about their clients. I recommend you do not use this salon as they have no absolutely no understanding of customer service.
