I have been once before and was blown away with how good the service was - above and beyond hair treatment (I had my hair steamed to infuse the conditioner) and a great hairdresser who really listened (I had my best haircut). This time it was less good - (no hair steaming) and I was not as impressed with my haircut ( I feel like I have some very strange layers put in) which is a shame.

Really lovely staff and great atmosphere. The wash was so relaxing and blowdry lasted for days. I do think the whole place could be cleaner, however, there was a lot of hair that had remained unsweeped.
