I booked a last minute appointment for a blow dry and as a result paid a lower price; perhaps this was the reason my appointment was so rushed. I was in and out within 30 mins - given I have quite long hair that’s very fast for a blow dry. I felt like an inconvenience. Not very pleased with the end result. Also asked for a patch test while I was there and no one seemed to know how the paperwork should be filled out. I won’t be going back.

Great service, all of the staff were really friendly, I didn't have to wait when I arrived, my stylist was lovely and talked me through exactly what she was going to do! I would definitely recommend.

Booked for a senior stylist, whom I was made to wait 20 mins for, only for my hair to be cut by someone else. Pretty average haircut, sideburns not blended in to my beard, all in all a pretty poor haircut even at an off-peak rate.
