If I could give it less than one star I would. I asked for my balayage to be refreshed with toner and my greys covered with colour and was very specific to say no bleach to be used on my hair. Well I’ve been left with chunky 90s style foil / streaks and very damaged hair, and no balayage. I’ve attempted to contact the salon and not heard back from them. Do not recommend.
