I had initially booked a blayage here and it turned out a lot blonder than I wanted (I asked for caramel tones), and very choppy at the roots. I thought this could be fixed with a root shadow which I booked in with Alex two days later. I asked if this is the correct treatment, showed an inspo picture and I was told yes. As soon as I saw my hair dry I was in tears, it looks so so bad, still choppy and now more grown out. I have a holiday next week and their customer service team is ignoring me!
