We agreed that my hair would be cut to 'collarbone' length, but it ended up being neck length before I could intervene. There's quite a big difference between neck and collarbone, so I'm quite unhappy as it's too short for me to do anything with it. I don't believe that my asian hair type was understood well, as usually hairdressers recommend my thickness and type suits longer styles so there is sufficient weight to keep it from bouncing up into, essentially, a bush/mushroom shape.
If I had lighter and thinner hair and had asked for a short cut then it would have been fine, the hairdresser was a nice lady but I'm annoyed this happened and I didn't want to give her a hard time.
Moving to London this is one of the first salons I have tried, I explored and tried others however I have always gone back to younnes here, friendly and chatty he makes me very at ease.
