Despite there was a problem with the booking system (had to wait about 20 minutes to realise that) and didn’t had the hairdresser I booked, I have to give 5 stars as they really tried to save the situation giving me a supplementary treatment and a really nice hairdresser (Federico) which is very skilled and has got a lot of experience, at the end I left very happy with my new hair cut and would definitely recommend and go back!
