Wanted volumous blowdry with tight curls and lots on to hold them. Flat at the top immediately. Asked to correct the front in salon and told not possible even though I can make my fringe bouncy myself at home. Loose curls are straight in under an hour. Waste of time and money. Have had to buy extra tools and will be late to the party as will need to redo myself.
