So pleased with the highlights and cut Roberta did for me. She spent a lot of time on the highlights which always takes longer than hairdressers think as I have a lot of hair, particularly appreciated after I mentioned a previously disappointing experience. Made me feel very at ease as well given I had my 5 month old baby with me. Thank you!

it was ok - nothing note worthy really. The shampoo was ok, got about 1 minute or less of head massage. The cut was fairly close to what I had asked for, but I will let it pass as this was the first time this stylist was cutting my hair. I was a bit disappointed and annoyed that he left halfway through for about 5 minutes without saying anything - I was wondering if he had more pressing issues to attend than a paying customer. All in all an ok experience, however, given how overpriced haircuts are in London nowadays I would have expected at least a bit of entertaining conversation as opposed to pure silence.

My hairdresser really listened to what I wanted, but also made some helpful suggestions. I was so happy with my ashy blonde colour! He did great things for my hair.
