I have had a balayage including both low lights and high lights. It is very natural and low maintenance, which is exactly what I asked for. Very pleased with that. For the cut however, even though I asked to keep the length as much as possible and therefore only cut the ends, the hairdresser ended up cutting 4 cm without even re-checking with me before. I have waited months to have a nice length and it's basically gone. No drama though, it's totally wearable and a classic haircut apart from that. But it was not what I asked for. When I realize and said it was short, the only answer I got was : "nah... that's still long"...
