Booked a £49 cut & blow dry via Treatwell and it was the worst haircut I’ve had. I came in with grown out hair and said I was happy to go shorter (I’ve had a pixie), but the stylist kept telling me to grow it out instead of fixing it. The cut felt random with no proper technique, leaving one side longer. When I asked to even it out, he ended it by handing me my jacket. I had to pay another salon to fix it. I assumed 4.7 stars meant it’d be fine- I was wrong. Please read reviews carefully.
