Cut was good, but wasn’t really asked what I wanted at the beginning and I was thinking I might fancy a change - didn’t get a chance to actually talk about it and so just ended up with a trim.

My appointment was at 12:30 pm and I had to wait for an hour before there was an available hairdresser to serve me. I told them clearly that I just wanted to bleach my roots but ended up with graying hair that had to be re-tinted several times and even when I left... 4,5 hours later it wasn’t what I had asked for. Also the price I had agreed was £ 50 as per the service booked by treatwell and the only additional service I agreed to take was a conditioning treatment for £25 extra, I was charged £ 105 upon leaving the salon... although I didn’t even get a service I asked for.

I booked a last minute haircut and blow dry which was great. Maria was really helpful with suggestions and I feel like I received a great hair cut
