Lovely staff, lovely venue - totally pleased with my treatment
Ladies' Haircuts
I had quite a good experience at Live True. However what picture I showed my stylist was not true to what I actually received. Although initially I did like the balayage after leaving the salon it was not as blonde as I was expecting and felt disappointed. I also got charged an additional £30 for toner so overall £120 for just colour. So yes I’m slightly disappointed and probably wouldn’t return unfortunately.

They were running pretty late when I arrived for my appointment so I had to wait for about 30 mins. I don’t know why they couldn’t have at least washed my hair in that time. Other than that, it was quite a nice place and I’d probably go back.
