On arrival at (11 o’clock) I was eventually informed that the stylist I was booked in with was sick, and if I wanted a blow dry I would need to wait around for at least an hour. Sadly I don’t have an hour to kill and this whole experience wasted 2 hrs of my day, and still no blow dry.
