I really like the vibe at LTBrixton. I went in for cut and blow dry, which was great, and my stylish consulted me all the way through the haircut, to check I was happy - which I thought was great. I’ve been twice now, and will keep going back.

The appointment was late by 30 minutes. During this time, I was not offered tea or coffee or an explanation as to why. Having asked, I was abruptly told it would be a further 5 minute wait (this turned out to be 10). Eventually, my treatment was to go ahead after 40 minutes of waiting (the appt supposed to be 30 minutes in total), the lady did apologise & offered me coffee. It never came. The treatment was fine but by now I was not relaxed or in a very good mood. The lack of customer service was shocking. No compensation offered for lateness in kind or in product. Rough dry was rough as it was now a rush to finish. Still no coffee or amends. I am a regular customer, I have left upset & angry at how I was treated today. Unacceptable service. They allowed me to leave knowing that I was unsatisfied. Very disappointing Live True Brixton.

The salon is lovely, great ambiance and everyone was friendly. I wasn’t completely happy with my haircut, I was much shorter than I wanted, but perhaps I didn’t explain clearly enough what I wanted. But now it’s grown I’m happier with it.
