Decent haircut - very quick. Salon has a strange ambience (too big for the number of people in it) but worth it for the price. They use freelance stylists for the discounted haircuts who didn’t seem to be normal members of staff. This was fine though as I like my haircut.

Maria literally did my hair perfectly! Exactly how I wanted it! Bit annoying that I didn't know I had to pay £30 extra for the toner until I was leaving, but it was worth it to leave with the hair I'd wanted.

The cut and colour were fine but the appointment took about 4 and a half hours when it was meant to be two, and my treatment was pretty simple. I’m happy with the result but the overall service wasn’t great.
