Visited in December. I have been to this salon before and had a good experience. However this second appointment was disappointing. I had an appointment at 9 am, arrived at the salon around 8:55 am. Waited outside till about 9:10 am with a few other customers and staff. The staff waiting outside explained the person with the key had not arrived yet and they could not get in contact. They said they would give us a call when they had the key as they didn't want us to wait around.
I phoned between 9:25-9:40 am after not receiving a call. I walked back to the salon, it was open and they had started serving other clients. So despite saying they would call they didn't and there was no apology for being delayed over 40 mins for my appointment. Had I been late to my appointment, I would have either been charged or the salon would have cancelled it.
It's a beautiful salon,it's super convenient, has great deals and they use quality colours. But this last experience was a massive let down. I just felt like that they staff couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience, an apology would have been nice.
