Gave this salon a try to have my hair colour done. When calling to add an olaplex treatment to my colour service I asked how long would the whole thing would run for and was told two hours. I ended up leaving three hours after coming in because the roots were a bright red meaning a different colour from the rest of my hair. I had to go upstairs again to add toner as I was told this would fix the issue. It did not. I have complained about this to the salon and also in writing to their management and have not heard a word. These people do not care about the quality of their service or their customers satisfaction. Overall a disaster experience that I regret with all of my bright red roots.

Beautiful full head of highlights from Anabelle! She actually took time to listen and understand what I wanted and gave recommendations on how best to achieve the look. After multiple salons telling me the colour I wanted was unachievable I was over the moon when the colour came out perfectly!! I have strong red undertones and I wanted to go ashy and that’s exactly what anabelle achieved.
I also really appreciated the honesty throughout. She was clear about what she was doing at every step and told me from the beginning that she would use a toner that would be £30 more (no hidden costs!!)
Overall a very pleasant and professional experience and I will definitely be returning to this salon!
