Hidden cost of toner. £30
Had my scalp burnt by the assistant who was swapped onto washing and drying my hair, took 4 hours. Overall I was disappointed with the experience.

They were 30 minutes late seeing me, with little communication. A girl with a stroppy attitude washed my hair by just wetting it with soap, rather than scrubbing or making any effort to get it clean. The sinks were speckled with dye and the chairs were dirty. Customer service non existent.

Due to a problem with the booking system the staff were double booked - took 15 mins to be seen and then when finally seen the member of staff doing my hair had to leave to do someone else’s - he was replaced by another creative stylist who was very friendly, helpful and did a good blow dry but all in all a bit of a pain to switch stylists etc. Took 90 mins start to finish for a blow dry which should’ve taken 45 - receptionist really not very helpful or polite and didn’t offer a drink while waiting or during the treatment. Can’t fault the stylists though feels like they were working so hard to try and keep up with the booking system!
