The staff was very friendly and I liked the haircut as well as the blow dry. It was quick but not rushed. They asked me what I would like to drink and I asked if they have a beer, the Stylist said no but wait a minute and went to the back and got me one from which they had left from an event - for free. A small gesture which I really appreciated!

Fantastic service. However the pricing was not clear upfront - they charged an extra £30 which felt unethical. Immediately dropped the £30 to £15 but still felt scammy.

Natalia did a good job with my hair. She took the time to understand what I wanted and discuss what works best for my hair.
She cut it slightly shorter than I wanted it to be but it’s a good haircut overall.
Natalia did a great job with the blow dry, I really loved how it looked at the end of the treatment.
