2nd visit here. Asked for a trim. 3 inches taken off. Asked for a toner to bright hair. Left with Ash blonde which was much darker than I askes/wanted. Called salon that evening. Spoke to hairdressers and arrange another appt for a lighter toner to be added to hair. Happy there was no fuss to arrange follow up appt. But not happy had to return to rectify.

I went in to get my roots touched up but there has been no difference. My roots are still there and I have requested a new appointment but had no response. My whole appointment felt really rushed because it was the end of the day. I left work early, my hair looks the same and just very disappointed
