Nice salon on the outside. Was the first one in and the girl on reception was rude. Didn't say hello just said "wait" when I said I was here for my appointment and went to get someone else. The hairdresser was nice and friendly. Sure she would have done a better job but the receptionist was rushing her as her next appointment arrived. My hair is thick and needs more than an hour to cut and blow-dry and if felt so anxious that she was rushing the cut. The staff were coming up to her every 5 mins reminding her her next appointment was there. Really bad service and as a result my hair is noticeably longer on one side and isn't evenly cut at all. Wouldn't go back they don't do a proper job.

Okay experience - however when my hair was washed it was not towel dried at all throughout the entire hair cut so it was dripping through my clothes and down my back- I even mentioned this. I didn’t feel especially cared for but the cut itself was fine.
