My stylist was lovely and the finished product looked great however, my appointment took a lot longer than anticipated and my stylist was required to perform another clients haircut in the middle of my colouring. I was handed off to a junior assistant for my wash. This part was uncomfortable as she seemed distracted and inadvertantly streamed the water down my face into my eyes multiple times. My stylist had also suggested a lengthy conditioning treatment for my dry ends but the assistant half-heartedly applied it and rinsed it immediately. This aspect took away from the overall value but otherwise I was satisfied.
