Great hair cut, I wasn’t expecting it to be curled afterwards because I had only paid for a haircut and blow dry but the lady curled it beautifully with the straighteners and I was really pleased. The shampoo and conditioner they use in there made my hair so soft and shiny. Loved it! Bit more signposting needed as to what was happening to my hair throughout would have been nice (I.e. ok, so I’ve cut the length off and now I’m going to cut in the layers/what would you like me to do with your fringe?) More hairspray needed please at the end! I had to pop into a local shop to pick up a mini hairspray as I could see the curls were falling out fast :( overall, good experience and will go back
