Treatment was great and outcome was what I wanted - only difficulty was that it was significantly more expensive than anticipated (£100+ more), as they don't make it clear online what the differences in treatments are. I selected Balayage on Treatwell and apparently needed the LiveTrue Balayage, which is way more expensive. It was fine and I understoof, but I would have preferred to know that in advance, when booking.

I love my balayage. I have dark brown hair and was worried that it would turn out reddish. But my stylist did an amazing job. So different from what I am use to. Spent around 5 hours in the salon because my hair is long and dark but it was truly worth it.
