I really like the salon. Good ambience and very spacious. You do have to go for a patch test before you get your hair done which is inconvenient but understandable. I was told I’d need an extra toner which was £30 on top of the already steep cost. I said no but they did it anyway which resulted in a free toner as I wasn’t willing to pay. I think salons need to include toner in their costs if it’s a compulsory part of the treatment, women’s highlights are expensive enough. It’s a shame as overall the place is nice and I was happy with my hair.
