I came a few months ago and had an amazing experience however this time wasn’t so good. My hair stylist was really nice but she just looked so nervous and had shaky hands when cutting my hair which made me feel really uneasy, she also didn’t really talk at all and snipped my neck with her scissors. Not a great experience but my haircut is decent
