Been twice now to Live True and I really like the chilled out atmosphere and haircut. And there was some great hair cutting and styling going on around me too which is always a good sign of a high quality salon.

The hairdresser was nice and professional but I am not overly excited with my hair. I wanted my hair up for a special event but the end result is pretty average.

A really disappointing experience. I follow the brand on Instagram and everyone photographed had just the kind of hair I was after ie. pretty much the same as mine, but trimmed and with the layers put back in, which is what I went in for.
What I got was twice as much length off than I asked for and a very choppy and blunt cut that looks nothing like the photos I showed of the look I wanted to achieve.
My hair is now a bit of an odd length, isn't easy to style and isn't at all what I wanted (or asked for), and I really don't like it.
I was offered a drink when I arrived but it never materialised despite there being quite a few staff around.
I booked via Treatwell and paid around £36 for the service, which is pretty reasonable for a hair cut in London, but I still feel ripped off as I didn't get the cut I asked for.
I definitely will not be returning.
