I absolutely did not enjoy the treatment. The stuff was extremely unfriendly and it just generally felt that they did not want to do what they did. Will never be back there.

First visit, It was below my expectations and was worse than I thought, it was clear the hairdresser didn't know how to do other hair types confidently and properly, it also felt rushed and there wasn't much heat protection used and care when combing through the hair constantly causing unnecessary breakage. The haircut was ok I guess but definitely won't be going back, the hairdresser should get more training on how to do other hair types and what techniques to use atleast.
