I had my haircut by Maria and she was excellent, very friendly and did a lovely job and even gave me some recommendations for maintaining my hair. She was running a little late and so gave me a moisturising treatment while I was waiting which was a lovely touch. I have been here before and will continue to go back.

Booking said '1 hour'; took 25 mins. I had gone in a few days earlier to check if they would put hair up with a couple of clips after blow dry. The receptionist said 'yes'. When I told the stylist he said 'no' but did agree to simple styling after I explained - hope they now inform the receptionist to say 'no' in future. Stylist was very pleasant and listened patiently to me as I wasn't sure what I wanted - we had a 5 mins discussion. Simple suggestions, none really creative. Blowdry, including wash. then took about 20 mins. Fine, but I did feel the price of £37.50 was too much for what I got, especially as I now realize the price I had been given by Treatwell was £32.00. Really not sure what happened there but I had to get a train so did not deal with at the time. Unlikely to go again.
