Vicky is the absolute best! Best hair colour I’ve ever had and gave me a completely new look when I asked to go from long hair to short which I had for my whole life. I’ll never go anywhere else for colour or cut in London. The salon is also lovely really clean, nice atmosphere, and free tea or coffee.

The atmosphere was nice and hairdressers were friendly and experienced and chatty which I appreciated! However downsides would be that they misjudged the colour toner after bleach and thus my hair didn’t turn out the colour I wanted, also despite booking the service in advance the hairdressers were rushing around between customers so I was forgotten about a few times
