Booked with a senior stylist but pretty sure I was given someone with a lot less experience. Cut was very basic, looks like it was done at home by my friend. The blow dry was not professionally done, it still has a lot of frizz so it looked half done. I think the next client showed up towards the end and so it was clear they were rushing to finish my treatment and even tried to hand me over to another stylist
