Enjoyed the process by the hairstylist - she was really friendly and experienced but a few things didn’t make it a 5-star experience: my cup of tea never came, the young employee who washed my hair kept pulling my hair even though I said it was quite painful, I had a bit of hair colour left on my scalp.
