This balayage was a gift for my teenager's birthday. At the allergy test, Federico gave us a full consultation, advising the right colour for her skin tone. On the day, he made us feel so welcome, explaining everything - it was a pleasure to watch him work, he is a master who obviously loves his craft. The end result was so much better than we had hoped for, she is delighted with her new look. I would 100% recommend Federico, he transformed my daughter's hair, it's stunning.

The hair wash was great, mini head massage especially! the girl who did my hair really listened to what I wanted and asked me a few times throughout my thoughts on it. didn't feel rushed at all even though they were a member of staff down so we're running a little behind. v happy 😊
