Staff super friendly and doesn't push for extra treatments as I've read on other feedback. Stefano is simply great. Very chatty, genuine and, most important very professional and skilled. I wanted a specific haircut and he went as closed as possible explaining that I wouldn't have get the result I wanted due to my hair and current condition of it! It did an amazing job...totally reached my expectations...and I had loads of compliments for my haircut. Thank you

I was sat around for 15 minutes with no one telling me that they were running late or being offered a drink. Then i was told to get my hair washed before actually sitting down with the stylist to discuss what I wanted. I had my hair washed and I had to sit for a further 10 mins with wet hair waiting for a hairdresser not being offered a drink or any apologies with my top getting wet. Once my hairdresser eventually turned up she never even asked my name and was very rude. Would not recommend.
