The first person who washed my hair was quite rude, and it was a bit rough. Although Fatou was really nice and overall did a nice job, I had booked a different hairdresser originally and didn't really appreciate being given someone else without notice, and also having the time of my haircut changed the day before. Also I was almost charged a higher rate until I noticed the mistake.

Awful service. Kieran is lovely but a terrible hairdresser when it comes to cutting. Gave the worst haircut I've ever had. So upset with how it turned out.

Live True has the worse complaints process and I received a an uneven haircut with layers when all I asked for was a trim and now Live True are not responding to my calls and emails. So disappointed in the service and company.
